A faith-based legal and advocacy organization working to address inequities faced by women in religious divorce came to Northly at a pivotal inflection point. The organization had grown rapidly in visibility and influence but needed a clear, actionable roadmap to guide its next phase — one that balanced faith commitments with modern best practices in advocacy, trauma-informed care, and organizational leadership.
Northly partnered with the organization’s executive team and board to co-develop a three-year Strategic Pathway Forward. Through a process grounded in research, stakeholder engagement, and reflective dialogue, we refined the mission and vision, identified the core drivers of impact, and developed measurable milestones to guide growth. The plan also articulated an implementation framework — clarifying roles, governance, and metrics to ensure accountability and momentum.
The result was a strategy that strengthened clarity of purpose and positioned the organization as a professional, credible, and compassionate leader in advancing women’s rights within a faith-based context. By connecting evidence, values, and structure, Northly helped the organization expand its impact while staying grounded in its moral and spiritual mission.
