A large nonprofit healthcare provider in Europe, serving seniors, youth, and individuals with disabilities, was facing rising complexity across its network of facilities. To sustain quality of care while managing growth, the organization needed to strengthen leadership capacity at every level—aligning purpose, performance, and financial stability.
Northly partnered with the executive team to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership journey for more than 120 managers across senior care, youth mental health, and assisted living. Through a blend of coaching, peer learning, and targeted training in strategy, finance, and people management, the program equipped leaders to navigate operational and human challenges with greater clarity and confidence. We worked closely with the CFO and senior team to link leadership behaviors to measurable financial outcomes and long-term organizational goals.
Within a year, the organization moved from a budget deficit to a 3.5% surplus—freeing new resources to expand care services and construct additional facilities. The leadership program became a cornerstone of the organization’s culture, building alignment across 2,500 employees and embedding a shared understanding of what it means to lead with both empathy and excellence. By connecting values to capability, Northly helped turn mission into measurable, sustainable impact.
